Opening Times

Important Notice

I do not have opening times. Drop off and pick up times are strictly by appointment only.

I have missed weddings, birthday parties, doctors appointments, classes and social events due to customers not arriving on time for their drop off or pick up. I have more customers arrive late than arrive on time, and most of them don't even have the courtesy to let me know. I have waited hours and hours for people to arrive - sometimes as much as 4 hours past their allotted time, with no idea why they have not arrived or when they will arrive. I cannot do this anymore.

It is with regret that I must say that if you are more than exactly 15 minutes late for your arranged appointment with me, then a £10 late fee will be charged.

I also require 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment for dropping off your pet. If I do not receive this notice customers will be liable for the full fee of their pets stay, plus the £10 late charge fee, plus the £25 small claims court charge should this need to be persued. This is legally enforceable.
